Term:

2 years (Automatic yearly contract extension 4 months before the end of the contract)

Technology Fee:

299 GBP Technology one time Fee and
39 GBP per month (1.-3. months payable Up Front, from the 4th month onwards on the 1st of the month).

Additional the technology fee is either  39 GBP per month, or 29 GBP per month if paid annually up front at once.

Admin Fee:

375 GBP max. per year (75 GBP if 20-39 property units under management; 150 GBP if 40-59 property units under management; 225 GBP if 60-79 property units under management; 300 GBP if 80-99 property units under management and 375 GBP if 100 or more units under management). You can pay the admin fee in one amount or in monthly installments.

Royalty Fee:

8% from Revenue
(1.Year 6% from Revenue)

Commission billing is carried out by the company headquarters by the 10th of the following month

If you suggest a new Real Estate Agent, you will receive 5% from his/ her commission for the first 3 Deals.

If you are moving to another Region (Same Country or abroad), you can Work there as an Property Manager as well without changes to us. Just let us know and we are preparing what needed.

If you need a Break (Family situations, sabbatical, travelling, ect.), please let us know. With the 4 month the monthly Technology Fee reduces to 19 GBP and with the 10 month to 5 GBP and you keep connected.
